Saigon was, and remains, an enigmatic city with a rich and complex and turbulent history. The ANZAC military headquarters was housed in Saigon, along with the Australian Embassy and a number of accommodation billets. Weaving the ANZAC story into the broader historic picture of the war at key locations around the city, visitors can gain an in-depth appreciation of the historic context of the ANZAC involvement in the war that ultimately divided nations and shook the foundations of public opinion of war in general. In addition, there are seemingly endless opportunities to indulge in the incredible and varied cuisine, shopping, cultural offerings and wellbeing opportunities throughout the city.
