VUNG TAU EXPERIENCE

Vung Tau City is a bustling, modern coastal resort city overflowing with restaurants, bars, beaches and hotels. it has a rich history through the Nguyen Dynasty, French and American wars. Each weekend it hosts an influx of domestic tourists, but during throughout the large range of facilities cater mainly to locals and a handful of expats and travelers. During the war the 1st Australian Logistics Support Group base occupied a stretch of what the locals call Back Beach, which included the main Australian field hospital. On the other side of town the majority of the Royal Australian Air Force was situated at the US 61 Aviation Company Airfield. We have relocated explored many of the key historical sites throughout this the city and take pride in walking in the footsteps of those who went before. In addition, Vung Tau itself has many interesting stories around it's early, and post-ANZAC period, along with great dining, accommodation, shopping and wellbeing opportunities. With many great accomodation options and the close proximity to Nui Dat and Long Tan, Vung Tau makes a great destination to both explore and set out of your jounrey of exploration.
